Becoming aware of self and others is core humanistic skill, which helps us to develop better understanding and see the human behavior beyond its appearance. Identification of individual students’ certain behavior, knowing the nature and reasons for certain behavior help us to develop an insight for the possible ways for dealing  with them,  for bringing desired behavioral modification,  for maximizing learning outcomes in the class. Teaching is an art. We need to be away from prejudices, work closely with students to develop their nature’s better understanding, and having full of compassion can solve numerous problems in the classroom.  Our way of perceiving a circumstance determines the way we want to lead. Awareness for self and others makes us outstanding personalities.
