The Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, has launched a platform for offering Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) that is popularly known as SWAYAM (Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds). NCERT is offering such online courses for classes XI and XII in various subject areas through SWAYAM and running it in different cycles. In the thirteenth cycle, NCERT is offering 28 online courses for classes XI and XII across 11 subjects (Accountancy, Business Studies, Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Geography, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, English and Sociology) from April 22, 2024 to September 30, 2024. The enrolment for the courses is open now and shall close on 01st September 2024. These online courses can support and enrich learning of the students in a virtual mode.
