Scholarships of the Government of the Slovak Republic
The provision of government scholarships of the Slovak Republic is a long-term part of the development cooperation of the Slovak Republic. In 2022, the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic will implement bilateral development cooperation through the government scholarship program as defined in the Focus of Bilateral Development Cooperation of the Slovak Republic for 2022 (Government Resolution No. 68/2022) and in the Slovak Republic’s Medium-term Development Cooperation Strategy for 2019 – 2023 (Government Resolution No. 40/2019). The conditions of admission and granting a government scholarship are regulated by Act no. 392/2015 Coll. on Development Cooperation and on Amendments to Certain Acts and Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic No. 50/2016 laying down details on the provision of government scholarships.

The Ignacy Lukasiewicz Scholarship Programme – Poland
The Ignacy Łukasiewicz Scholarship Programme is a joint initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (Polish: Narodowa Agencja Wymiany Akademickiej – NAWA within the framework of Polish Development Assistance.
The patron of the Programme is Ignacy Łukasiewicz, an outstanding Polish inventor, pharmacist, pioneer of the oil industry and the creator of the kerosene lamp.
The Programme aim is to support the socio-economic growth of developing countries (excluding European and Central Asian countries) through raising the level of knowledge and education of their citizens.Scholarship holders will be first recruited from the following countries: Angola, Colombia, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Lebanon, Mexico, Myanmar, Nigeria, Palestine, Peru, The Republic of South Africa, The Philippines, Senegal, Tanzania, Uganda and Vietnam.

Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Programme
Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, May 6, 2022 – The U.S. Mission in Vietnam is seeking Vietnamese candidates for the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program.
The Humphrey Fellowship is a one-year, non-degree, full scholarship program offered to promising mid-career professionals who have a proven track record of leadership, and a strong commitment to public service. Participants spend one year at a leading U.S. university working in a self-designed program of independent study and participate in off-campus professional affiliations, field trips, special workshops, and seminars in their field of study.
Fellows are selected based on their potential for national leadership and commitment to public service in either the public or private sector.

Development-Related Postgraduate Courses (EPOS)-DAAD Scholarship
With its development-oriented postgraduate study programmes, the DAAD promotes the training of specialists from development and newly industrialised countries. Well-trained local experts, who are networked with international partners, play an important part in the sustainable development of their countries. They are the best guarantee for a better future with less poverty, more education and health for all. The scholarships offer foreign graduates from development and newly industrialised countries from all disciplines and with at least two years’ professional experience the chance to take a postgraduate or Master’s degree at a state or state-recognised German university, and in exceptional cases to take a doctoral degree, and to obtain a university qualification (Master’s/PhD) in Germany.

Cambridge University Scholarships
All scholarships are available only for study at the University of Cambridge, and require that you apply to the University via the normal online application form, and by the relevant deadline (please see below for deadlines).
Eligibility
Applicants must be intending to start a course at the level of:
- Undergraduate (excluding UK applicants)
- Masters (such as MPhil, MASt, LLM)
- Research postgraduate (such as PhD)
The Trust does not offer full-cost scholarships for MBA or MFin programmes. The Trust will consider co-funding students on MBA and MFin who are nominated to the Trust by funding partners (who may have their own procedures for applying).
The Trust is unable to offer scholarships for part-time MSt courses at any Department within the University. Please note, MSt courses are not the same as MASt courses.

Gates Cambridge Scholarship
The Gates Cambridge Scholarship programme was established in October 2000 by a donation of US$210m from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to the University of Cambridge; this is the largest ever single donation to a UK university.
Each year Gates Cambridge offers c.80 full-cost scholarships to outstanding applicants from countries outside the UK to pursue a postgraduate degree in any subject available at the University of Cambridge. Approximately two-thirds of these awards will be offered to PhD students, with approximately 25 awards available in the US round and 55 available in the International round.
There are at least 225 Scholars from c. 50 countries studying in Cambridge at any one time who pursue the full range of subjects available at the University and are spread across its departments and Colleges.
